Not a problem simply return the item you purchased within 14 days of delivery!

Small Appliance Delivery
You can pop into store in NG2 or we can deliver to you we send small appliances with Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.
Large Appliance Delivery
You can pop into store in NG2 or we deliver ourselves within 100 miles outside of this we use a 3rd party courier that offers curbside delivery. Please see below for more details.
Courier & Delivery Information
Our courier offer curbside pallet delivery only. Once the item is dispatched we provide you with a tracking number and the link to track your order.
You can also request one hour pre call on the day (heavy and bulky items only)
All items include free collection, fast and free delivery, free specific day delivery order before 12 pm and have it delivered within 3 days . Scottish deliveries might take between 3-5 working days. These deliveries take place between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Next day delivery if you order before 12 pm and have it delivered the very next day for £29.
Saturday delivery is available for the extra cost of £55.

If you live in a flat or tower block your item will be delivered to the entrance of the building, however if you need help an alternative delivery can be arranged for an extra cost. Our courier is not insured to deliver inside your home. Some may assist you but this is not guaranteed.
Missed delivery will incur a second delivery charge this applies to all free deliveries.

Please check the item will fit into your house before purchase as returns for this item will be refunded however you will have to pay the cost for return postage and the original postage costs. The vehicles used to deliver our items are 7.5 tons lorries, please make sure this type of vehicle will fit down your access road. When delivery takes place you must un-pack and fully check the item prior to signing. If you do sign as ok and acceptable then any damage notified afterwards cannot be claimed for in the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit please refuse delivery and the driver will bring the item back to our warehouse.
You will need to provide a contact number that will be passed on to the courier or carrier; Until we receive the number the item will not be shipped.
